Jury trials have resumed in Alachua County! Withers Harvey, P.A. is pleased to announce that it won a jury verdict of over $170,000 last week in a real estate dispute, which far exceeded any settlement offers made in the case. Withers Harvey, P.A. also recently won an arbitration award of nearly $1.5 million in a hotly-contested corporate stock dispute. We handle a wide variety of cases involving money, business, property, estates and trusts.
