Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Gainesville, Texas
Hours: Full time: M-Th 8:30 to 5 and Friday 9-12
Start Date: As soon as possible

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Preparing documents and handling correspondence
• Providing general office and administrative support

We’re seeking someone who is organized, professional, and a strong communicator. Prior office experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Here's an update.....our amazing customers came through by donating $1128 to the Carranza family. We are matching your donation amount. Obviously this does nothing to fill the void in their hearts, but hopefully it helps offset some of their expenses. Please pray for this entire family and everyihe connected to this sweet girl ❤️.

Today while in the hustle and bustle of Valentine's Day busyness, I heard that our community has experienced another tragic loss. I have not been able to get the family, the GISD teachers, the Boys and Girls Club staff, and this precious little girl's friends off my mind all day. I was able to speak with the local leader of the Su***de Loss group today about what we could do to help this family quickly.

So, on Friday, if you are able to donate any money to help cover her medical expenses and funeral costs, the leaders of the group that are helping her family through this horrible time will be able to directly give the money to them. We will have a jar placed at the end of the coffee bar to help Jocelyn's family and Sweet Jayne's will match your donation! Thank you all for praying and helping.
