Some people you encounter become family, and that is our precious Lynne! She was the first employee of The Coggin Firm, LLC in our Gadsden office and her passing has left us with a large hole that cannot be filled. We do celebrate that she is now healed and enjoying Heaven and we know we will see her again! Our office will be closed in honor of Lynne on Wednesday, July 3, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and will reopen Monday, July 7, 2025. We appreciate your prayers for her family during this time.

I am so proud of the work done by the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation! What a joy to give away thousands of dollars in grants to worthy causes and programs benefitting Alabamians across our state!

We’re on a roll!!

We got together with a few of our board members (pictured: Judge Chuck Price, Gina Coggin) and a few of our participating attorneys (pictured: Leslie Wright, Ashley Peinhardt and Hope Marshall) to award The Palmer Williams Group $10,000.00.

It’s so special for us to be able to make these awards and even more so when the people who make them possible can join in the giving with us.

Today our managing partner Gina Coggin-Price tried her first jury trial since Covid and first criminal trial in too many years to count. The best part was she got to try it with our Senior Partner; her Dad John Coggin. They were able to get justice first our client when he was found NOT GUILTY!
