I am originally from Simi Valley, California. After school I came to Maryland to intern as a trainer of Reining horses. Met a local boy, married and moved to a few other states before returning to MD. I helped my husband with his appraisal business while training horses and raising a family. After being immersed in the housing market helping my husband, eventually I wanted to build a career of my own. In conversations with local homeowners, I came across too many people who had been unhappy with their realtor. I saw that as an opportunity and as a natural next step for me. So in 2010, I acquired my Real Estate license and since then, I have been focused on growing my business. After a few years, I was fortunate to have built a terrific client base who refer me to their friends and family. You see, people tell me that I’m not a “typical agent”. My services go beyond selling your home for top dollar, and finding your next home at the best price. When you need guidance with preparing your home to sell, I will be there for you during the entire process. I have been known to attend a few "paint" parties, provide space heaters to clients, remove water from a flooded basement, and even replace window latches, re-hang doors, landscaping etc. These are important opportunities for me to provide calm and security during potentially stressful events. That is my goal for you and your home journey. As a previous trainer of the young and unstarted horses, keeping a level and calm head with a strategy for a safe successful result was crucial, and I still apply that today in real estate. Today, I’m grateful to be helping people in Baltimore and southern Pa seamlessly transition from one home to the next.
