It’s Move-In Day x2!🏡

Let’s get into a quick rundown✨

I’ve been assisting this beautiful family since 2019, when the amazing Nikita Wilkerson first reached out looking for a home for her and her family. May she continue to rest in peace.🤍🕊️

Since then, I’ve had the honor of continuing to help her family and children find a place to call home.

Their first home had a move-in date of June 1, 2026, through a property management company here within the Dallas metroplex.

Unfortunately, the experience quickly became one of the most challenging I’ve encountered. There were countless red flags—delayed communication, responses only once a day, rental pricing changes, unexplained fees, and multiple issues that simply weren’t sitting right.

I spent days sending emails, making phone calls, consulting with my broker, reviewing TREC guidelines, and helping my clients navigate the situation while they sought legal representation. In the end, we were able to identify multiple violations, the lease was terminated, and my clients received a partial refund of the funds they had paid.

Now fast forward to today… Move-In Day #2! 🎉

This time, everything happened exactly how it should. We found an even better deal, a much nicer home with incredible curb appeal, and completed the entire process in just 72 hours. Smooth communication, seamless transactions, and happy clients—the way it should be.
