What a great time to live in North Texas. We have a booming economy, affordable housing, great weather and amazing people. Coming from the Pacific Northwest, it was a shock to have so much sun shine, like 300 plus days a year. It really does change your mood when you wake up to birds chirping and warm weather instead of torrential rain fall and cold, windy days. This great state is going through so much change right now. Big corporate headquarters are expanding or relocating to North Texas and are bringing with them a lot of new residents. Many people are shocked at the difference in cost for a single family home here compared to the rest of the country. As a result, our economy is booming and especially in Real Estate. That’s where I come into play and can be of assistance. I have been a resident of North Texas over 10 years and have spent that whole time in Plano.
