When your child gets hurt at daycare, it is easy to assume the facility’s insurance will automatically pay.
That is not always how it works.
In Texas, some accidental injuries may fall under limited medical payment coverage, but if there was no negligence, the daycare’s policy may not cover everything.
In some situations, you may need to use your own health insurance or other available coverage while the facts are reviewed.
At Daws Legal, we help you sort through what coverage may apply by reviewing the daycare’s injury policy, the circumstances of the incident, and whether unsafe conditions, poor supervision, or other failures contributed to your child’s injury.
That way, you can better understand your options before making decisions.
