Behind the scenes of a zoom court prove up hearing. I had no idea I got this close to the computer screen. If I could have physically gotten inside my computer I clearly would have.

I love zoom hearings when it comes to helping my clients save costs and time! Courts don’t offer these too often anymore around here. But when offered we take them! The clients prefer avoiding the stress of going to the courthouse.

When I say “little hearing” I literally mean little hearing. It’s like a mini trial where the courts gives each party 20 mins per side to expose all their main issues. It really sets the pace for what may happen on your case. The courts gives a lot of consideration as to what they decided at the temp orders hearing. So these, even though they’re short are very important to deciding the future of your case. Why you need to be extremely prepared for these and not take it lightly. Call me if you need to prepare!
