Jared Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of a real estate franchise, Keller Williams Westland Realty, in Fresno, Calif. As a third-generation REALTOR® and licensed for nearly 20 years, Martin has closed more than 1,400 real estate transactions during that time span. a’s Central Valley. As Vice Chairman, he currently serves on the bank’s Governance and Directors’ loan committees. Active in organized real estate, Martin currently serves as Chairman on the California Association of REALTORS®’ (C.A.R.) He most recently served as C.A.R. President in 2019 and C.A.R. President-elect in 2018. He also served as its Treasurer in 2016 and 2017 and has served in numerous other leadership positions for his local, state, and national associations of REALTORS®. Recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, Martin earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He is an active investor in single-family and multifamily real estate and is a member of the California Apartment Association. Martin also is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Committed to his local community, Martin sits on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Clovis Schools. He is an Alumni of California State University Fresno's, Sid Craig School of Business.
