Our Story

I have had a successful career in Real Estate and Economic Development over the last 22 years. My focus has been to provide a high level of professionalism in all aspects of my work. I rank in the top 5%, have a Bachelor of Science in Business (CSUF) and am an Award Winner. I am a dedicated Realtor and Investor. I do understand a buyer's and seller's perspective well because of this. I love buying and selling real estate and enjoy passing that along to my clients. I do believe that you can acquire long term wealth through home ownership investment. I remember reading a book by Peter Lynch many years ago and the phrase, “Invest in what you know” has stayed with me and I have practiced this in my life and business model when it comes to investing in real estate. Practicing what I preach has made my chosen career more rewarding than I ever expected. I have developed close relationships with my clients because of the love we share for real estate investments and our business practices. Another one of my business reads was Warren Buffett, he had a term, “Circle of competence” meaning we all have areas of expertise and people should invest in what they know and understand which is similar and confirms my thought process.

They say that if you do what you love you don’t work a day in your life. This is my aspiration and it doesn’t happen overnight. It takes hard work and dedication in doing the right things for people and not for yourself. What I mean by this is that we have to tell people the truth even when it means not having the business. I have done a lot of this and I have to say it feels great to go through life feeling that you are doing what’s right for everyone especially me. I can also do this because I’m an investor I have an income either way. I am by no means bragging but this makes for working with a clear mind and I can assure you my client’s and I work towards the same goals, “OURS GOALS”!

I should make it clear that while I a an investor I am not your competition. I usually buy properties no one wants. I present it to my investors if they don’t want it I may buy it. I have had friends/ investors come with me to visit a property I’m rehabbing and they ask why didn’t you offer this to me. Well turns out I did and they rejected it. Property looks much different once it’s rehabbed. That is one of my favorite things to do. When we rehab a property we not only change a home, we change neighborhoods and communities. This makes me happy beyond measure. Again this work is not easy but someone has to do it. Call me if you would like to join me in investing and changing the world one home at a time.

I have to say it also feels wonderful to have 98% of my business be referral business. This means that people I work with or have worked with think enough of me to allow me to work with their family and friends. I am humbled and amazed by this every day and look forward to it!
