Attorney Pittman and I had the opportunity to assist Attorney Kojo Moore on a bail issue that went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court granted review of the petition and reversed the trial and appellate court denials of our request to modify bail. We got to be a part of both a reversal at the State’s highest Court, and also had a hand in evolving law.
