Spenser’s educational background spans Fresno City College, Fresno State University, and Butte College in Chico. After obtaining his Real Estate license in 2019, Spenser embedded himself in every facet of the business—initially focusing on maintenance coordination, leasing oversight, and client communication. Prior to taking the helm at IPS, Spenser spent several years leading customer experience at the local Fresno Apple Store. Ed & Linda Koleen – Founders & Consultants
Originally licensed in 1997 and 1986 respectively, founders Linda and Ed Koleen built IPS from the ground up. For nearly three decades, they have combined their diverse professional strengths to navigate complex market cycles, protect client assets, and build a reputation rooted in absolute integrity and operational excellence. Ed a lifelong resident of Fresno County, is dedicated to strong family values and high business principles. He brought an extensive background in Central Valley residential sales, agricultural business management, and personal portfolio investing. Linda, born and raised in New Jersey, brought over 17 years of corporate executive experience, serving as a regional VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and Director of Customer Satisfaction for major corporate firms. Angel Rojas, a Central Valley native, grew up in the small town of Lindsay. After relocating to Fresno, she immersed herself in the real estate industry and obtained her license in 2022.
