A sincere thank you to everyone for all the kind birthday wishes! ❤️

This past Sunday, I had the privilege of taking my parents to see one of my longtime idols, Andrea Bocelli, on his 30th Anniversary Romanza World Tour. It was my first time seeing him perform live, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

A very special thank you to my wonderful wife, Cora, for surprising me with the concert tickets. It was such an amazing birthday gift and made the whole experience even more meaningful. ❤️

What made the night especially memorable was being able to share it with my parents. My mom really didn’t know much about Andrea Bocelli before the concert, but I think she ended up enjoying it the most out of the three of us. She couldn’t stop clapping! 😂❤️

The older I get, the more I realize that the most meaningful gifts aren’t things—they’re the experiences, the time together, and the memories we get to create with the people we love.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to spend my birthday making this memory with my parents, and very thankful to Cora for making it all possible.

Grateful for another year, grateful for family and friends, and feeling truly blessed. 🙏❤️

Happy 250th Independence Day, America. 🇺🇸

Today, I’m celebrating more than our nation’s birthday—I’m celebrating the opportunities this country has given my family and me.

In the 1980s, my parents made the life-changing decision to leave Taiwan and bring my two brothers and me to the United States. They sacrificed the comfort of everything they knew for the hope of a better future. It was a leap of faith, and one I’ll never stop being grateful for.

We didn’t begin with wealth or connections. We began with opportunity.

Because of the freedoms and possibilities that exist in this country, and through years of hard work, perseverance, and faith, I’ve been able to build a life that once seemed unimaginable. A family I cherish, a career I love, lifelong friendships, and the ability to enjoy the blessings that come from pursuing the American Dream.

To me, that’s what makes America so extraordinary. While success is never guaranteed, the opportunity to earn it is available to anyone willing to work for it. That promise has changed the lives of millions of families—including mine.

As we celebrate 250 years of independence, I also want to express my deepest gratitude to those who came before us. To the visionaries who founded this nation, and to every man and woman who has sacrificed to defend the freedoms we enjoy today—thank you. Because of your courage and commitment, families like mine were given a chance to build a better life.

I’m proud to call America home, proud of my parents’ courage, and grateful every day for the opportunities this country has provided.

Six years ago, during one of the most uncertain real estate markets we’ve ever experienced, these clients purchased a home where I had the privilege of representing the seller. At the time, we were on opposite sides of the transaction, but that experience planted the seed for a relationship built on trust.
