At the Law Offices of Timothy C. Springer you will always receive personal attention from an attorney. Other offices in the area require you to fill out your own questionnaire or to work with a staff member to obtain the information for your case. We don’t. We make sure that you are fully represented from the beginning of your case until the end. We work hard to ensure that each client receives the personalized attention that his or her case deserves.
Our office is open from 9-8 Monday through Friday and 9-8 on Saturday. It is always best to make an appointment in order to ensure that the attorney is not in court or with another client, but we work hard to make appointments easily available. We schedule appointments on off hours as needed to accommodate our clients’ needs.
The attorneys provide free information over the phone to help you make the decision as to whether bankruptcy is a good potential direction for your situation. Clients are then scheduled for a free consultation and only need to pay when they have decided to retain our services for a bankruptcy filing.
We tell you our flat fee for your case at the beginning and we don’t have any hidden fees. Once we have been retained, clients can either pay the full amount directly or make payments until the fee is paid in full. We can’t file your case until your case is paid in full because the court frowns when we act as your creditor and your attorney at the same time.
Mr. Springer passed the California bar in 2000 and decided to focus primarily on a bankruptcy practice in 2004. In 2009, Mr. Springer hired Nancy D. Klepac, Esq. and the two attorneys have helped over 3000 clients with their bankruptcy filings. Mr. Springer primarily meets with the clients and goes to court on Chapter 7 cases, whereas Ms. Klepac tries to make sure that your Chapter 13 case remains successful for the entire length of your plan.
