Kloha Properties Kloha Properties, LLC believes in building and acquiring quality townhomes, duplexes, and apartments you can call home.

We have a diverse inventory of over 225 rental properties throughout the Tri-City area with a variety of floorplans and rental prices that are sure to meet your needs. Our rent prices range from $565.00 per month up to $1,500.00 per month. Our new construction townhomes are built with high efficiency products. Some of our key products that save you money include Low-E glass windows, foam sheeting on the walls and basement, 95% efficiency furnace, programmable thermostats and 13 seer air conditioning units. We have also partnered with Consumers Energy to provide energy efficient lighting and water saving plumbing features. We did not stop with building new townhomes, we also update our existing rental units when needed with updated ceramic tile flooring, updated light fixtures and energy efficient features. All of our rental properties are professionally managed by the team at Kloha Properties.
