“Yesterday evening, federal Judge J. Campbell Barker of the Eastern District Court of Texas issued a court order extending his previous administrative stay on parole in place (PIP) approvals for an additional 14-day period expiring on September 23, 2024.
The judge’s initial stay (of August 26th), which was set to expire on September 9, 2024, will now continue through September 23rd.”

The countdown begins! For eligible spouses of U.S. citizens (and their children), the Biden "Keeping Families Together" Parole Program will start accepting filing on Monday 8/19/2024. And... you can electronically submit your request. Beware of scams and scammers. Please, PLEASE, seek counsel of an EXPERIENCED immigration attorney before applying for ANY immigration relief. Our office is ready to accept new Parole cases immediately. Call or text 540-300-2991.

On Aug. 19, USCIS will begin accepting requests for, using a new electronic form, Form I-131F, Application for Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses and Stepchildren of U.S. Citizens.

Happy Juneteenth! ♥️🖤 💚 - Just yesterday, June 18, 2024, the Biden Administration announced a new Parole Program for certain family members of US citizens. The policy is not yet official and the program is NOT YET ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS, but if all goes well, we are one step closer to much needed reform of our broken immigration system (really, what we need is actual “comprehensive immigration reform” and not the piecemeal solutions we are now so accustomed to seeing).
