Elizabeth has

a decade of experience in serving the elder law, estate planning, and estate administration needs of individuals and their families, and has committed her practice to providing excellent legal services at affordable rates. After earning her law degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Elizabeth opened the The Law Offices of Elizabeth McMaster, PLC in February 2007, and has been growing her service in meeting the needs of clients across Virginia ever since. Elizabeth is a proud member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and has been recognized by Northern Virginia Magazine as one of the top elder law attorneys in Northern Virginia in both 2011 and 2013. Elizabeth also devotes her time in advocating for vulnerable populations through serving on the Board of Directors of Partners in Aging, a regional non-profit group dedicated to enhancing the lives of the elderly and disabled in the greater Fredericksburg region. She is also a member and chairperson of the local Alzheimer’s Association Advisory Council.
