October was a great month for our team! We celebrated 3 listings closing and helped 1 first-time home buyer get the keys to their new home. Congratulations to all of our clients, and thank you for trusting us with such an important step.

October also begins a tradition we look forward to every year. For the past 4 years, we’ve donated $500 from every Q4 home purchase and sale to the Pregnancy Support Center of CarrollCounty. The Center provides support, resources, and guidance to moms and infants right here in our community, and we’re grateful for the work they do.

So far this year, we’ve raised $2,000, and we’re on track to donate another $1,000 from November closings.
