I'm Jason Crawford, and I help people buy, sell and make smarter real estate decisions throughout White House and Middle Tennessee with Vylla Home.

But I don't want my real-estate business to be built around constantly asking people if they're ready to buy or sell.

I'd rather become someone you can actually use as a resource.

That means sharing what's really happening in our local housing market, highlighting the neighborhoods and businesses that make our community special, answering questions honestly, and helping homeowners understand their options long before there's ever a For Sale sign in the yard.

My approach to real estate is a little different. I combine local knowledge, data, technology and modern marketing with something much less sophisticated:
actually talking to people.
