Another piece of Franklin is in motion 👀

A local homebuilder has purchased nearly 20 acres just off Wilson Pike in the Seward Hall area for $1.1 million. While plans for the property have not been announced, the purchase adds to the continued land and development activity happening across Williamson County.

A new luxury neighborhood is taking shape just outside Downtown Franklin, and its story starts nearly 200 years ago.

Magnolia Hall is being built around the historic 1840 William S. Campbell House, with just 10 custom residences planned across 12 acres. Think private park, spring-fed lake, expansive outdoor spaces and homes ranging from $6.5M to $8M, all about an 11-minute walk from Main Street.
