Escrow Services of Tennessee, LLC Our core team has been together since we launched in 1999. Suits and law books are great, but they can be intimidating.

We are an attorney-operated real estate title and escrow company, handling real estate closings and issuing title insurance for purchase, sale, and loan transactions. We pride ourselves in providing excellent and efficient real estate closing services with professionalism, but without the stuffiness sometimes found at other title companies or law firms. You'll rarely see us in suit and tie, and we

won't try to impress you with big bookcases full of legal publications. Buying, selling, moving, and borrowing can be stressful. We want our customers and their realtors and lenders to feel comfortable and relaxed while they are with us. Our customers are in Nashville, Franklin, and all of Middle Tennessee primarily, but we can and do close deals everywhere in the state of Tennessee. Our attorney and co-owner, Aaron Fortner, separately through W. Aaron Fortner, PLLC, offers real estate related legal services, including title research and opinion letters, real estate related document preparation and review.
