If you haven't seen the front page this morning, here is a quote from my brother--

“A week before my father died, he came to me with this idea to redevelop the site into a recreational green space for the Third Ward,” Beith said. “As is true in real estate, the timing is everything, and my family had the opportunity to pursue this project.

“Sadly, my father isn’t around to see his idea take shape. But we are dedicated to making his vision a reality and are honored to collaborate with the residents and other partners to create a functional green space in the Third Ward.”

It couldn't have been said better. Dad would be so proud. We are SO excited to pursue this project as a family. Read more here:

The Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry and Tourism announced Thursday that it last week purchased the JM Eagle brownfield site in Franklin’s Third Ward.

Beith Associates is proud to partner with 1st Rate Realty to provide quality real estate brokerage services in the immediate short term. During this temporary period of collaboration and cooperation, Matt Beith is studying to achieve his real estate broker’s license. When Matt gets his broker’s license, he intends to reopen Beith Associates as a full service brokerage. During this interim period, we appreciate the opportunity to work with Allen Sharrer and the rest of the team at 1st Rate Realty.

As a small family company, we pride ourselves on the connection we have to our community, and are dedicated to the place we live and the people we serve.

Sadly, with Rick's passing, Beith Associates is temporarily suspending real estate services until such a time as we able to reopen the business under a new brokerage license. We will continue to offer general appraisal services during our temporary brokerage intermission.

In this interim period, we are excited to partner with Allen Sharrer and 1st Rate Realty, LLC to offer top notch real estate services across northwest Pennsylvania. Allen and his team share our dedication to providing quality real estate brokerage services to our community.

On Saturday night, the Allegheny Board of Realtors had their annual holiday dinner. Guess who was the humble award winner of "Realtor of The Year"? You got it! Our very own Mathew Beith. We are SO PROUD of everything you do Matt. It's very neat to see your efforts noticed by our colleagues as well. Congratulations!!

AND today is the warmest day this week, just saying. 😏

Enjoy the Always Eventful Franklin! Stroll down the holiday lighted streets, look at the beautiful window displays and decorated trees from local businesses' and organizations sprinkled throughout Fountain Park. Get a picture in front of the iconic Courthouse Christmas Tree. Grab a bite to warm up in one of many locally owned restaurants. What a wonderful time to be in Franklin, PA!
