I'm happy to announce that my listing in Westmont CLOSED! People sell their homes for various reasons, and not always for happy reasons. This listing came with a death of a spouse, financial issues, needing to list quickly without being show ready, no pictures, 3 trips to the ER, overnight stay in the hospital and ICU, a rush to clear out the house with 3 dumpsters and having to install new carpeting in order to get a Clear-to-Close. Real Estate Agents do more things than people realize. I was there helping my client throughout the entire process, which involved cleaning out the house, being there for the storage POD to arrive and having the room measured for carpeting. I spent 2 days with a total of 10 hours to just pack up the kitchen. I had to quickly meet a deadline to get this house listed, go under contract and close. This was achieved for my client all within 50 days! I really appreciate the huge help from her cousin, John to get this house cleared out and packed!
