Not all closings are full of excitement. This one being my mom’s estate. This home had over 50 years of memories. Closing on this listing and saying goodbye to my childhood home was an experience. Ending this chapter was heartbreaking. It meant the end of everything with my mom passing in February. I never expected this year for my mom to pass away. Clearing out a house really brought back so many memories! I am grateful that my siblings trusted me with the selling of our mom’s estate. In my heart, I know that my mom and dad are pleased that that their youngest child took good care of selling their estate.
