Anchor JCK Realty 'dropped anchor' at McNamara and Jones this morning for a closing, 'went ashore' for a bit and returned for another closing this afternoon... Tiffany was outstanding in her part of facilitating the closings and I truly appreciate what she, and everyone else does, at McNamara and Jones!
And a bravo zulu - atta boy to Anchor JCK Realty!

beginning as an Appraiser Associate around 2001, prior to certification in 04, I guess I have hit the 20 year mark in appraisal work… difficult for me to believe!... I enjoy the appraisal process and I think about how many properties I have visited as an appraiser and it kinda blows my mind...a bunch of em for sure….ha! I have renewed for another year and look forward to continuing for another 12 months doing that part of what I do.

We were under contract and at near closing but the buyers did not finalize and we are back on the market with it... We have reduced the list price to expedite sale... need to sell with adjoining lot
