🏡 DFW BUYERS: Your Best Deal Window May Be Just Weeks Away!

A new Redfin analysis shows that mid-September is historically one of the strongest times of year for buyers in both Dallas and Fort Worth to find better deals.
Why? By late summer:
🏷️ More homes may have price reductions
🤝 Sellers may be more willing to negotiate
💰 Seller concessions may be easier to secure
📉 Competition can be lighter than earlier in the summer
Texas is also seeing significantly more sellers than buyers in many areas, which can give buyers additional negotiating power.
