The firm is general practice, meaning that many areas of Arkansas law are handled, and all initial consultations are free. Bugeja, Esq. (“Josh” to most people), had a vision of offering competent legal representation at an affordable price in his hometown of Fort Smith, Arkansas. To ensure that vision is a reality, he works with most clients on reasonable payment plans and always offers free initial consultations with an appointment. His primary areas of focus are criminal defense (including felonies and misdemeanors) and family law but the Firm is technically “general practice” and offers legal representation in areas such as personal injury cases (“no win, no fee”), contract/debt disputes, and a variety of other issues. Bugeja is willing to travel for little to no additional fee depending on location and case type. The Firm has a proven track record of excellence and clients have been well served in both achieved settlements and jury trial results.
