Yesterday, I was standing out in what felt like 100 degree plus weather with all of the agency paperwork on the hood of my defender going over the entire agency agreement for OK and AR with my client and asking if they had any questions and having them sign. After showing the house and getting back in the car with Kurt, he said, "I'm so impressed, I listened to everything you said and you should be an attorney!!" I just laughed and said thank you!
