UPDATE: All 120 registration spots are filled. Safe Kids Treasure Coast is currently reviewing registrations and working through placements, confirmations, and paperwork. Families who submitted a registration will be contacted directly with additional information and confirmation details.

Beginner Swimming Lessons

The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with Safe Kids Treasure Coast, is proud to support water safety efforts and host beginner swim lessons this summer.

These lessons are designed to build confidence in and around the water while teaching essential swimming, survival, and water safety skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Led by SLCSO Deputies and American Red Cross certified instructors, children receive hands-on instruction in basic swimming and water competency skills, including essential water safety principles and water dynamics.

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday during the weeks of June 15–19 and July 6–10, with session times from 5:00–6:00 PM or 6:00–7:00 PM.
