It has been a pleasure serving the Southwest Florida legal community for the past 12 years. In the past I have been able to offer complimentary 45-minute initial estate planning and estate administration consultations. Due to an increased amount of bad faith inquiries, spam phone calls, and spam website form submissions that we have received since the end of the May of this year up until now, we are no longer able to offer complimentary consultations for potential new clients.

Effective August 1, 2026, a consultation fee will be required prior to the initial consultation with the attorney with the exception of referrals from the Lee County Bar Association. However, should you retain my firm for your estate planning or estate administration needs, the initial consultation fee will be credited towards your final attorney's fees on any flat fee engagement or hourly engagement between you and my firm.

I am very grateful to have such wonderful clients, some of whom I count as friends. Today, I met with a client I have not seen in 5 or 6 months. Knowing that I’ve been recovering from a ruptured achilles tendon, my client brought a very thoughtful present to lunch to help me with my recovery!

Pardon our mess while we clean up! We are fully operational but we will be gradually resuming normal business operations over the course of the week as we reach out to our clients and the members of our community who have lost the most and who have suffered through the most devastating impacts of the hurricane. We continue to pray for all of those affected by Hurricane Ian.
