Bryant Robinson is a great patriot & career US ARMY service man. His family is wonderful, ABSOLUTELY a great joy to have ACHIEVED for them what their goals were from the origins of speaking. His home represented a very delicate deal. It was a first home for him & his family & they wanted it to “SELL” to another family – if possible. They were going to be relocating to NC where his daughter lived & needed a company to HANDLE this deal with care. TEAM tpfg was chosen for the job. And WE took it with the intention to make Bryant & his family happy they made that choice. LITTLE DID WE KNOW it WAS GONNA BE A STELLAR as it WAS!!

We knew from the start Bryant fully intended to leave FL & head to NC by the 26th Of FEB. He had already begun the process Of a NEW CONSTRUCTION there & that was a set date for their closing. Originally he had been told “There would be NO problems with closing ON the NC home regardless Of what was going on with his FL home.” Ok. Great. But… Bryant still expressed a sense Of urgency & expediency for CLOSING his home here in FL. JUST BECAUSE he wanted to wrap it up down here & finally enjoy his life & family in NC. TEAM tpfg ASSURED him we could handle that job!!

HIS HOME LISTED On jAn 15th & WENT UNDER CONTRACT in 24hrs.

About 3 ½ weeks into this deal Bryant learned - he wasn’t able to close on his home in NC UNTIL his home here in FL did close – Ok. WELL NO PROBLEMS because TEAM tpfg said we could oblige ON A FEB 26th CLOSING & that’s EXACTLY WHAT WE DID. 40 DAYS And WAKEUP Bryant & his family was loving his NEW HOME in NC. 42 DAYS ALL PARTIES CLOSED And the Henderson’s WERE ENJOYING THEIR NEW HOME at 9004 Caloossa RD.
