We are pleased to announce that the Lee County Bar Association Foundation's 2023 grant allocation cycle is NOW OPEN! Grant applications will be accepted from local nonprofits seeking funding through September 30, 2023. Grants in the 2023 cycle are anticipated to provide support for specific programming in amounts of less than $10,000 per organization. The 2023 grant application is located on the Lee County Bar Association Foundation website at www.LeeBarFoundation.org

LCBAF grant allocations will be based upon the thoroughness of the application and achievement of the purposes of the Foundation which are:
1. To promote provision of legal aid to the indigent;
2. To support charitable endeavors benefitting youth and/or benefitting an underprivileged population;
3. To encourage and promote education and community awareness of the law; and
4. To provide for the establishment of scholarships.

Thank you to everyone who came out , donated and supported our effort to give back to the community yesterday. It was a team effort put together from our friends, staff & family.

We appreciate our volunteers from Lee County Bar Association Foundation & John Webb Legal. We were able to feed hundreds of our neighbors & raise money which is going directly back into our hometown to help those in need.

St Pete Fools social club came down from Tampa & St. Petersburg in 3 trucks to distribute ice, water, baby essentials, hygeine products and toiletries. After they dropped off and hung out with us, they continued to go around SWFL to areas in need of supplies.

Still a long road ahead towards recovery but we hope we were able to at least put a smile on some faces with a free sandwich and supplies to get by.
