Hello everyone! I have just reached 17 years of successful practice. I am still taking lots of family cases and I learn something from each case. I am also taking chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and more information can be found on my website (which is currently being updated!) Also, foreclosure is coming back mostly due to all the hurricane damage with Ian. I have been working with the banks and they have been less aggressive than they used to be. That may change now that the moratorium has ended. If you have an HOA or a COA, try to keep those payments going if you want to keep the house. Associations are very aggressive in filing foreclosure.
