Today, on September 11, we remember the lives lost in the attacks of 2001, the courage of first responders, and the strength of families and survivors who carry their loved ones’ legacies forward. We honor our service members, law enforcement, and all who answered the call in the days and years that followed.

May we continue to choose unity over division, compassion over indifference, and service over self. I’m pausing today to reflect, to pray, and to say thank you—to the heroes we lost, the heroes who remain, and the communities that still lift one another up.
