🎥🎉I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to finally share this! I’ve been chosen to represent our town on a national real estate & lifestyle TV show, and while this definitely pushes me outside my comfort zone, I’m truly honored.
Out of many local realtors, I was selected after the executive producer visited to meet with top producers. This isn’t a reality show—it’s a Telly Award‑winning, Emmy‑nominated series that highlights the people and places that make our community so special.
The show airs on Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and across social media.

Just closed on a home with truly amazing sellers who were thoughtful, responsive, and an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. The buyer’s agent was fantastic as well, and the agent I referred my clients to in another town did an incredible job helping them find their new home.

We are currently putting together a sponsorship package for a special event to “re-booty” ourselves to hold special events on our farm. It appears the possibility of obtaining a one day liquor liability policy is a reality, because normal insurance is unaffordable based on our business model!

This event is imagined as a “out of the box” unique entertainment event such as the years of success with Micro wrestling on our farm. We’ve learned over the years that weekly entertainment is the same old same “whatever” every weekend throughout many local-neighboring towns.

We want the food trucks, the vendors, the jump houses, dunking booths, mechanical bull riding? Who knows…. But we will not move forward unless we know for a fact that sponsorship is secured and we can successfully make this worth everybody’s effort. We can’t do it without you!

I’m going to tag a few local businesses known for sponsorship, will take any and every small business who would like to support, but here’s a few names to start spreading the word:

Today, my tiny assistant helped save my clients $850—and all it cost was a milkshake. 🍦 Talk about a sweet deal 🍦! One of the coolest parts of my job? I get to involve my kids and show them that selling houses isn’t just paperwork—it’s creativity, problem-solving, and a little fun along the way!
