Four years in a row.
I’m incredibly proud that David W. Martin Law Group has once again been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
This recognition means even more to me this year because, for the last two years, I’ve spent at least half of each year at the State House and have stepped away from much of the day-to-day operation of our firm during that time.
And our team kept pushing forward.
We’ve continued to grow and expand throughout South Carolina while staying focused on why we are here: helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives — whether that means fighting for someone who has been injured or helping a family navigate a divorce or custody battle.
I still remember starting this firm in a roughly 100-square-foot office in downtown Fort Mill. Today, we have five offices across South Carolina and an incredible team of attorneys and professionals serving people across our state.
But I’ve learned that growth isn’t just about getting bigger.
It’s about what that growth allows you to do.
It allows us to create good jobs and opportunities for our employees. It allows us to invest in our communities. It allows us to support nonprofits, read to kids in our schools, support our teachers, sponsor community events, and give back to the places that have supported us from the very beginning.
None of that happens because of one person.
It happens because we have an amazing team of people who work incredibly hard every single day. I’m proud of them, grateful for them, and proud of the culture and organization we have built together.
From that tiny office in downtown Fort Mill to being recognized among the fastest-growing private companies in America four consecutive years — 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 — it has been one heck of a journey.
And we aren’t finished.
We have some major announcements coming over the next 30–60 days that I’m extremely excited about and that I believe will help shape the next chapter of our firm.
I’m proud of where we started. I’m proud of where we are today.
But I’m even more excited about where we’re going.
