Nashville and Florida Just Topped America's 'Most Desirable Places to Live' List — Again
Once again, Florida has been named America’s most desirable state to live in, with Nashville, Denver, and San Diego also ranking as top metros. As someone who’s spent over 25 years helping clients find their place in Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, I see firsthand why our state consistently earns this distinction—great weather, a reputation for safety, and affordability all play a part. Still, it’s striking that 54% of Americans say they can’t afford to move to their preferred location. That’s why skill, deep local knowledge, and long-term relationships matter so much in real estate.
