As a kid, spending his summers working at his father’s architecture firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale, allowed him the opportunity to gain real world experience. Shadowing his dad and observing seasoned Developers and Contractors plot their course, gave him insight and inspiration toward his future path in Real Estate. Beginning his career in the “now” revitalized Downtown Delray Beach, he spearheaded several award winning developments, handling the acquisition, design concept and ultimately the sales. He was an important part of the rebirth of what Rand McNally calls the “Most Fun Small Town in America”. Excited about getting back to his roots, he moved back to Fort Lauderdale in 2011 to reposition himself and be a part of the burgeoning Downtown. He quickly brokered several Luxury Waterfront deals and again was involved in the acquisition, design/development and sale of several “spec” homes in the Las Olas area. As a creative visionary, Chip Falkanger has successfully guided his clients through a myriad of complex transactions totaling over $200 million.
