After our client was viciously attacked by a warehouse guard dog during regular business hours it became clear that no amount of money could begin to compensate her for the trauma and physical scarring she has suffered. The owners claimed the guard dog was ‘just doing its job’, but as the case developed, we learned the dog was a former stray, had a history of prior bites, had no security training, but was still kept on premises in the daytime without any explicit warning to visitors.
We knew we had to hold them accountable. Hopefully the 7-figures they were forced to pay our client after a long court battle hits home and deters them from further reckless behavior that could injure more innocent people. We know our client did good and did well here and we’re honored to have helped.
