New info from Miami-Dade clerk. Beginning immediately every mail out for an eviction summons must be accompanied with a fee of $7.00 per defendant. Same as Palm Beach County has been doing for a while now.

**New Clients Only** and only service, does not include , Notary or filing if needed

All Location Services $50.00 for Civil cases (w/active cases)

All Fugitive Apprehension files within Tennessee Districts 3 & 4 payable at 7% over 5k or $300 below 5k
