🏗️ Last month, we brought our members together for an inside look at Metropica and the future of West Broward.

Attendees enjoyed networking and an engaging panel discussion featuring Metropica's Erick Collazo and Bernard Werner, alongside Broward MPO's James Cromar, moderated by Eric Kalis of Boardroom PR. The conversation explored the vision behind the 65-acre, $1.5 billion master-planned mixed-use development and the continued growth shaping West Broward, highlighting the momentum driving one of South Florida's fastest-growing corridors.
