Quite the expansion!!!

Fort Lauderdale Commissioners approved a developer and design for a new Holiday Park parking garage 🚙

The approved project will include a 1,000 space parking garage, a rooftop vertiport, 292 space surface level parking lot, a Fire-Rescue/EMS station, and some additional features. The total cost of the project is around $41.9 Million with the cost being broken down like this:

Parking Garage: $31,387,011
Parking Surface Lot: $3,421,511
Fire/EMS Station: $7,096,000

Final details, timelines, & cost are expected to be determined in the coming weeks as city officials meet with the development team. Thoughts?
