Completed my first seller's package. Thanks for repeat business.
I remember the first seller's package, the seller wasn't ready to sign as he was about to go on vacation. He hadn't read the paperwork title sent. He was not happy that the time kept changing. Title was calling me all the time. I had no idea who was title and who was the signing service. Went back to my house to print different paperwork. I included a doc that wasn't on the second print. Turns out it was needed.
The icing on the cake... I had the Alta long form on letter and did not set the printer to "paper source by PDF page size".
Therefore he couldn't see the number we were looking for. 😱
Let's say the client was happy to not have to sign in a rush. I was so ready to go home, reprint and return.
Signing service said, don't expect to get paid. I didn't.
Newbie mistake. Nothing beats experience but you can only get experience by trials.

I just did my first Hold Harmless Agreement. (Similar to this)The jury is out if it's completed properly, however, if it's incorrect I'll sign the new version of course at no charge. The other party was not available. It may have been an older version as the wording was confusing. I attached an acknowledgement as the wording indicated.
