Select homes are available to rent to military retirees, DOD civilian employees and the general public. Move-in ready rental homes are available in two, three, four and five-bedroom floor plans located in walkable, pet-friendly neighborhoods

featuring amenities like playgrounds. Residents enjoy a secure and comfortable community environment with the convenience of curbside trash and recycling pick-up, lawn care services and resident activities and events—all located just minutes from the shopping, dining and recreation that nearby Augusta has to offer.

🏡 Moving Out? Here’s How to Submit Your Official Notice to Vacate! 📲

We’ve gone digital! Residents must submit their official Notice to Vacate through the Resident Portal; no need to stop by the office to complete a paper form.

📅 30-Day Notice: We ask that residents provide at least 30 days’ notice whenever possible. If your military orders do not allow for a 30-day notice, please be sure to submit a Notice to Vacate as soon as possible and attach your orders.

💰 Please Be Aware: Depending on your situation, fees may be added to your account for breaking the lease or providing less than 30 days’ notice. However, residents who are vacating due to qualifying military orders will not be charged a lease-break fee.
