My Story
As a life long horse person, it was only natural that I would specialize in helping my clients buy and sell horse property. There are many equine related details associated with buying or selling equestrian property and an equine property buyer or seller needs to know that his/her broker understands what they are and their value. Additionally, I have experience in several disciplines of riding and I know the difference between a dressage pad and a roping arena. Only another horse person understands that her equine property buyer wants to go see the barn before the house!
I began selling real estate in 2001 as a single mom supporting 4 little kids. On my own and seeking a career, I felt called to real estate as a way to help others like me and have the freedom to create an income that would support my family. It has been very rewarding to help people through a sometimes stressful and often exciting real estate transaction. I value my relationships and the people far above anything else.
In addition to my horse property expertise, I have specialized training in Luxury Home Marketing, New Home Sales and am a Certified Negotiation Expert. I have received many sales and achievement awards and have also served as an Agent Leader, helping to make brokerage decisions in the best interest of my fellow agents.
