Should you attend your own home inspection? In my opinion - no.

You're making a huge purchase, but the most responsible thing you can do is let a good inspector do their job without you following them around asking about a thousand things.

I've been to more inspections than I can count as an agent, and believe me - a good inspection report can come back an absolute novel, filled with more than you could ever find yourself.

Our advice: trust a good inspector, let them work, then plan to show up about 30 minutes before they finish. Let the inspector walk you through the report with your agent, ask good questions, and go from there. ✅
