My family and I had a very firm time frame for a new home and Deborah met that for us. She was responsive, knowledgeable and timely.

She showed us a variety of homes that checked all of our boxes and beyond. She really showed great attention to detail and considered all of our needs when she showed us homes.

We were able to move into a newly built home with great terms and this is truly because of Deborah's effort and professionalism. Thank you for everything!

For the first time in my life I was able to rent my own home without a co-signer or having to settle on a bad area due to my past issues. I have struggled with bad credit all my life. And I had a false eviction on my record (slumlord) and a broken lease from during Covid. Deborah was able to negotiate on my behalf and get me into my first single family home. I absolutely love it and for once I am in something my kids can comfortably play. I so grateful for her. And I joined her home ownership planning program to get my stuff together to buy once my lease up. So check her out. She's the truth!!

I started her homeownership planning program early this year and she truly went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase my brand new home. I had several issues that made my home purchase a challenge and she had a solution for every concern. Her expertise and knowledge of various mortgage guidelines helped me stay one step ahead. She assisted me with improving my credit, obtaining closing cost assistance, working with the IRS, adhering to a comfortable savings plan and locating my dream home. I was even able to receive a check back of over $8,000 at closing do to her strategic negotiating skills. It literally would've cost me more to rent again than undergo my home purchase. I've referred several of my friends and co-workers to her and I will be using her again to purchase my first investment property. Thx again Deb. May God continue to bless you.
