Stucky discovered his passion was fighting for injury victims and giving them a voice in the legal system. In 2014, he opened his own law practice where he continues to focus on personal injury cases. Richard is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Got in a car accident that wasn't your fault? Resist the urge to post about it online, even if you're okay. Insurance companies and lawyers can use your words against you, making your case harder. Be smart about what you share.

As a trial lawyer, my biggest pet peeve is social media. Insurance defense lawyers actively search for your posts about accidents or injuries. Anything you post, or are tagged in, can be used against you. It's best to stay completely off social media during your case.
