Opening is getting closer — We made our first batch of chicken this evening!

In these photos you’ll find; Brian the former (and returning) cook of the homeplace, Mr Kevin Wingate was there to offer his support and wisdom, and of course THE delicious chicken that we all miss.

We are dedicated to re-opening the homeplace as if it never closed. The support of former employees and the Wingate family has been humbling to say the least.

We’ll see y’all around the table soon!
