Why should you never accept the insurance company’s first offer?

As a personal injury lawyer, I see this all the time:
Insurance companies often start with a lowball offer that does not reflect the true value of the case. The goal is to get you to settle quickly and for less.

So here’s my advice:
Do not decrease the value of your case based on their initial offer.
