Do you live in a fire hazard zone?

I'm in contract on a property in Camino. It's a very high fire hazard area. All insurance quotes were ridiculously high. Except for Lemonade.com they are quoting $90 a month with great coverage and $1,000 deductible. 😳 If you're paying high insurance costs for fire coverage I would give them a shot.
